Açai Bowl Recipe
Ingredients
150g of Frozen Açai
100g frozen strawberries
40-50mls of Juice of choice *
1/2 cup of Granola **
2 fresh strawberries
1/2 banana
1 kiwi fruit
Method
In a food processor, blend frozen açai, strawberries and juice. This may take some time blending, be cautious of adding too much juice and it becoming to thin.
While blending prep fresh fruit. You can use any of your favourites, blueberries and mango also go well!
Transfer your açai mixture to a bowl and top with fresh fruit and granola.
Tip: Add a spoonful of peanut butter for extra flavour.
* I use Golden Pash for a juice option but you can use anything or just water.
** I use Jordans or Carmen's brands typically but again, you can use whatever one you like.
