Meet your Dietitian and Founder.
Lauryn Moss, APD
As specialist dietitian in Eating Disorders and Paediatric Feeding, I am passionate about providing care through a Health at Every Size (HAES) approach. Food is deeply personal, and when eating becomes challenging, it can feel isolating, confusing, and overwhelming—but with the right support, recovery is possible.
With The Nourish Club, I want to create an inclusive space that truly “gets it”. We will be here to listen and provide individualised, neuro-affirming and trauma informed support.
A core value of The Nourish Club is that Every Body and Every Mind matters. Too often, people feel unheard by healthcare providers due to their disability, background, or body type. My experience working within the NDIS space, both in and outside of my dietetic role, has given me valuable insight into the gaps in care. This has shaped my approach, ensuring I provide both practical, accessible strategies and the emotional support needed for lasting change.
Originally from the beautiful beach town of Coffs Harbour, I now call Newcastle home, where I founded The Nourish Club. Through my work, I aim to provide a space for healing, growth, and freedom, where clients can rediscover a healthy relationship with food and self. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me baking or testing new recipes – a passion that brings me joy and helps me connect with food and family.
