Lauryn & Sarah are Accredited Practising Dietitian’s who has supported hundreds of people in eating disorder recovery. They both have interest areas in neurodiversity and sensory-based eating, helping clients gently broaden food variety while honouring their needs and preferences.

We work with your individual traits and make personalised nutrition therapy to support your goals. Common issues we support are:

  • Restricted diets (sensory based)

  • Low appetite from stimulant medication

  • Overeating from lack of interception or satisfying sensory needs

  • Sneaking and hoarding foods

  • Weight gain from medication and disordered eating

  • Skill building and planning easy meals, grocery shopping and self care around food


Paediatric Nutrition (7yrs +)

Combining the above services, we support children with ARFID, fussy eating and Autism restricted diets to expand their food variety. This service involves:

  • Parent coaching on strategies at home and language around food

  • In session food play and food exposure

  • Correcting nutritional deficiencies and growth concerns

  • Collaboration with other allied health team and schools
