Client Reviews

“Lauryn has always validated my fears surrounding food and body image. She helped develop strategies to improve food freedom in a way that is comfortable and sustainable but also challenges my beliefs and fears.”

— LS

“We couldn’t recommend The Nourish Club more highly. Lauryn has a gentle & warm nature that helps create a safe environment for my daughter when discussing her food struggles.

There isn’t anyone who understands ARFID as well as Lauryn. She just gets it. And her approach to helping my daughter feels right. She knows when to encourage, gently challenge & celebrates the small wins.

My daughter looks forward to her appointments with Lauryn & we are so grateful for her care & guidance.”

— EJ
